You need the following details of your vehicle to download RC online

1. Registration Number
2. Chassis Number
3. Engine Number
4. A mobile number registered with RC

Steps to download vehicle registration certificate PDF online

To download your Vehicle RC online,

Step 1: Go to the official website of Parivahan

1. First, go to the official website of Parivahan at parivahan.gov.in.
2. Next, go to the ‘Online Services’ option in the top menu.
3. Next, click on the ‘Vehicle Related Services’ option.
4. A new page will open.

Step 2: Select your State and RTO

1. On the new page, you will be asked to select your state. Select it.
2. Another page will open. On this page, select your RTO from the drop-down list.
3. Next, click on the ‘I Accept’ checkbox.
4. Next, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
5. A popup will open. Scroll down and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
6. A new page will open.

Step 3: Click on the ‘RC Print’ option

1. Now on the new page, go to the ‘Download Document’ option on the main menu.
2. Next, click on the ‘RC Print (Form 23)’ option.
3. A new page will open.

Step 4: Download Vehicle Registration Certificate PDF

1. On the new page, enter your ‘Registration Number’, ‘Chassis Number’, and ‘Engine Number’ in the specified fields.
2. Next, click on the ‘Verify Details’ button.
3. Your registered mobile will be displayed. Next, click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
4. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it in the specified field.
5. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
6. Your RC will be displayed. Next, click the ‘Print’ button to print or ‘Save as PDF’ to download.
