Step 1: Go to the Official Website of the West Bengal Food Department

1. First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Food Department at food.wb.gov.in.
2. Once the website opens, click on the ‘Citizen’s Home’ option.
3. Next, click on the ‘Ration Card Related Corner’ option.
4. A new page will open.

Step 2: Open e Ration Card download page

1. Now, click on the ‘Self-Service Through Aadhaar’ option.
2. Next, click on the ‘Click Here’ option under the ‘e-KYC’ section.
3. The e-Ration card download page will open.

Step 2: Enter Ration Card details

1. On the new page, enter the Ration card number in the specified field.
2. Next, click on the ‘Search’ button.
3. Your ration card details will be shown.

Step 3: Enter Aadhar details

1. Next, click on the “Link Aadhar and mobile number” option.
2. Next, enter your Aadhar card number in the specified field.
3. Next, tick the “I do consent” checkbox.
4. Next, click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.

Step 4: Complete e-KYC

1. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhar Card.
2. Next, enter the OTP received in the specified field.
3. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
4. Your Aadhar details along with your photo will be shown.
5. Next, verify the details and then click on the “Verify and Submit” button.
6. Next, click on the ‘Ok’ button.
7. Now you will be asked, “Do you want to update your mobile number?”.
8. If you want to update it, click on “Yes”, enter the new number, and save it.
9. If you don’t want to update, click on “No”.

Your Aadhar and Ration card will be linked, i.e., your Ration card e-KYC will be completed successfully.
