3. An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar registered mobile number.
4. Next, enter the OTP in the specified field and click on the “Submit OTP” button.
5. Your ration card details will be displayed on the screen.
6. Verify the details and confirm by selecting the ‘Yes’ option.
7. Next, click on the “Next” button.

Step 3: Open up FORM 5

1. Now, scroll down to the form section.
2. Next, click the “Click Here” below the “Form 5 & 6” section.
3. Next, tick the “Beneficiary Details Update” under “What do you want to update?” section.
4. Next, click on the “Next” button.

Step 4: Edit the required details

1. A new page will open up. Here you will see an “Edit” button beside the name of each member of your family.
2. Click it to edit all the details required for each member of your family.
3. Next, the Aadhaar number linked with the ration card will be displayed.
4. Next, click on the “Verify” button.
5. Your details will be automatically fetched form your Aadhaar card.

7. Next, click on the “Confirm” button.
